Imperceptibly Flawless
An outstanding event should be one that flows seamlessly from start to finish. The organisation should be so fine-tuned that it becomes invisible. Your guests or delegates should simply be swept along from one conference session to another, from drinks to dinner, from the golf course to the awards ceremony, from the airport to the hotel.
In the attendees' eyes, things should just ‘happen’. Of course, the reality is that under the surface, the faultless event they are experiencing has been planned to the smallest detail and the logistics and co-ordination are being run and timed to the split second by your dedicated AD events team.
It’ll be alright on the night
This catchphrase may work in the world of curtain calls and greasepaint but it is one that is never used at AD. We believe the key to a successful event is to anticipate every eventuality. Therefore, we always work to the philosophy of, what if everything is not alright on the night?
With this in mind, we plan and prepare every aspect of an event down to the finest detail and we always have a Plan B, and often even Plans C, D and E! This ensures that no matter what is thrown at us on the day or evening of your event, from cancelled flights, to flooded conference rooms, missing place cards or after dinner speakers, we are always ready with a solution that works.
The X-factor
Everyone has attended events that have worked well; you may have made an interesting new contact, had a pleasant lunch or dinner or learnt some interesting facts about a new product or service. No Limits
Listed on this site is a menu of the events packages that we offer, conveniently split into four categories for easy navigation. These are however just suggestions. We will work with you, within your budget, to produce any type of event you wish to stage. We have learnt with events that there are no limits to what can be achieved.
